MasAlto Capital is seeking an Executive Concierge for a fully remote, freelance, full-time role. You will support guests from initial inquiry through stay, providing proactive, professional service in a hospitality context.

You will respond via multiple channels and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill requests, while maintaining CRM records and helping drive guest satisfaction KPIs. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and operate remotely is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality or concierge services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work rotating schedules including weekends/holidays and to operate remotely.

Aufgaben

• Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, chat, and ticket systems using tools like Aircall, Guesty, and HubSpot
• Provide reservation information, assist with modifications and cancellations, and guide guests through booking processes
• Share local recommendations and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill guest requests
• Maintain accurate records and communications in CRM systems and project tools
• Contribute to KPIs related to guest satisfaction and service quality
