Job summary

Aero is seeking a remote Concierge to serve as the primary liaison between Aero and guests. This fully remote position requires empathy, a passion for service, and the ability to manage flight details, itineraries, and guest communications across phone, email, and chat.

The role emphasizes personalized guest experiences, collaboration with flight crews and operations, and proactive problem solving. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to align with flight schedules and hub time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in luxury environments or startups.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior, personalized service via phone, email, and chat to guests and prospective guests.
• Tailor Aero experiences to guest needs to drive trip bookings.
• Prepare travel documentation and support guests throughout their journey remotely.
• Collect and distribute guest information according to processes.
• Coordinate flight management details and schedule changes with teams.
• Work with Ground Handling and Airport partners remotely.
• Escalate operational and guest experience issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Flight Crews, and Operations to make decisions.
• Utilize systems and tools to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas.
• Stay knowledgeable on all Aero policies, menus, schedules, and procedures.
• Complete side work and daily tasks as directed.
