Job summary

RTX is seeking an Executive Compensation Manager within the Corporate Human Resources Total Rewards organization. This role leads end-to-end project delivery for enterprise-level initiatives, translating priorities into actionable plans and guiding cross-functional teams.

The position requires strong judgment, analytical and financial acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority while managing competing priorities. Extensive data analytics and reporting are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Background with cross-functional project management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle project management for large, multi-workstream initiatives.
• Own program outcomes and ongoing operations with governance alignment.
• Provide high-touch support and issue resolution for executives.
• Develop clear communications for program launches and annual processes.
• Coordinate system, data, payroll, and process integrations.
• Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Conduct audits and compliance reviews; partner with payroll on key calculations.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Collaborate across HR, payroll, digital, legal, supply chain, and risk teams.
