Join our RTX Enterprise Services team as an Executive Administrative Assistant to support multiple facets of daily business. The role requires strong communication across time zones, tech‑savvy operations, and exemplary time‑management and organizational skills.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule all internal and external meetings, and set up video and audio conferencing.
  • Resolve any scheduling conflicts effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain awareness of executives’ business activities, anticipate needs, and preempt needs of others involved.
  • Represent executives to senior officials within and outside the organization.
  • Drive team conversations and follow‑up correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and associated logistics.
  • Process expense and mileage reports accurately and submit in a timely manner.
  • Prepare meetings by booking conference rooms, coordinating catering, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and updated organization charts.
  • Participate in special projects and perform any other duties as required.

  • AA/AS degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.
