Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Manager, Executive Communications to develop clear, data‑driven executive messaging for enterprise leadership. You will collaborate across functions to deliver consistent messages and tailored content for key audiences.

You will research, craft, and govern materials such as keynote remarks, scripts, and narratives, while ensuring enterprise alignment and message discipline.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevent experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or strategic communications within a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide Messaging Leadership and execute a coordinated, measurable pull-through strategy.
• Manage and improve standard work processes for executive communications and governance standards.
• Manage Leader Messaging Library content development, maintenance and governance.
• Conduct rigorous research and craft high-impact executive materials (keynote remarks, scripts, narratives).
• Translate complex business priorities into clear, concise communication reflecting executive voice.
