Job summary

Texas Health Resources seeks a Consultant Executive Compensation and Benefits to support design, administration, analysis, and governance of our executive compensation and benefit programs. You will provide analytical and project support to ensure programs are market competitive, compliant, and aligned with Board priorities.

You will assist with annual and long-term incentive programs, coordinate market reviews, and help prepare materials for governance discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field required.
• 5 years related experience in lieu of degree required.
• 2 years compensation experience required.
• 2 years executive compensation and benefits experience preferred.
• CCP certification upon hire preferred.
• PHR certification upon hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, administration, analysis, and governance of executive compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide analytical and project support to ensure programs are market competitive and compliant.
• Assist with administration of annual and long-term incentive programs.
• Coordinate executive compensation market reviews and prepare comparison materials.
• Support governance of compensation plans and communicate changes to executives.
