Job summary

RTX's Global Mobility team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Global Mobility COE strategy, programs and governance across a mobile workforce. You will collaborate with HR, tax, legal, payroll and finance to implement policy, controls and compliant processes for international assignments and remote work.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree required with significant relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex global mobility programs and governance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across HR, tax, legal, payroll and finance.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Mobility COE strategy, programs and policies.
• Govern Individual tax compliance and equalization policy; design tax vendor strategy.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, tax and mobility ops to standardize RTX tax processes.
• Manage governance of global employment entities and mobility data.
• Develop trainings and governance reports for mobility stakeholders.
• Improve mobility processes and systems using best practice concepts.
