Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration activities within M&A transactions.
• Experience with financial modeling, compensation modeling, and business case analysis.
• Experience within wealth management, financial services, asset management, or a related industry.
• Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies for complex programs.
• Remote position, EST or MDT required.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation strategy, integration, governance and execution for newly acquired partner firms in a high-volume M&A environment.
• Develop and maintain compensation frameworks and governance for complex programs across multiple entities.
• Provide financial analysis and business case support to guide compensation decisions in M&A transactions.
