Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience leading annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, promotion, and incentive programs.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking, market pricing, salary structures, and job evaluation.
• Experience supporting compensation functions within a law firm or professional services organization (preferred).
• Experience with Workday or compensation-related HRIS implementations and optimization projects (preferred).
