Qualifications

• 12+ years of compensation experience with executive comp and broad-based programs.
• Experience leading complex compensation initiatives and influencing senior leaders.
• Deep expertise in compensation strategy, benchmarking, incentive design, governance, and program administration.
• Experience supporting executive compensation programs, governance processes, or proxy-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to align programs with business priorities and culture.
• Oversee ongoing evaluation, enhancement, and administration of compensation programs for market competitiveness.
• Develop recommendations using market trends, economic conditions, and data analyses.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to implement programs.
