Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced compensation leader to drive the strategy, design, governance, and execution of our executive compensation programs. This remote-first role will partner with senior leaders to align programs with business priorities and culture, overseeing market benchmarking, equity programs, and governance across the organization.

The role requires strong analytical capability, expert Excel skills, and experience with executive compensation, proxy processes, and governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of compensation experience, including executive compensation.
• Proven ability to lead complex compensation initiatives and influence senior leaders.
• Expertise in compensation strategy, market benchmarking, incentive design, governance, and program administration.
• Experience supporting executive compensation programs, Board or Compensation Committee processes, or proxy-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to align programs with business priorities and culture.
• Oversee market benchmarking, incentives, and equity programs for executives.
• Develop insights from analytics to inform compensation decisions and governance.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to address compensation challenges.
• Communicate and educate leaders and employees on compensation programs.
• Oversee compensation tools and processes to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Support materials for Compensation Committee, Board, and executive reviews.
