Affirm is seeking an experienced compensation leader to drive strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs. This role will help ensure our philosophy supports business growth, attracts top talent, and reinforces a high-performance culture.

You will partner with senior leaders across People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to align programs with priorities and drive governance, education, and program delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of compensation experience.
• Experience designing and managing broad-based and executive compensation programs.
• Expert Excel modeling, scenario analyses, and large-scale workforce analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to align programs with business priorities and culture.
• Lead evaluation and administration of programs to ensure market competitiveness and scalability.
• Develop communications strategies to educate leaders and employees on compensation programs.
• Oversee compensation tools, systems, and processes to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Support Compensation Committee, Board, and leadership reviews.
