Affirm seeks an experienced compensation leader to drive executive compensation strategy, governance, and execution. You will shape base salary structures, incentives, and equity, partnering with senior leaders to align programs with priorities and culture.

The role requires sophisticated analytics, market benchmarking, and collaboration across People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to deliver scalable solutions. This remote-first role supports teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of compensation experience, including executive comp.
• Experience designing and managing broad-based and executive programs.
• Expert Excel and complex model building experience.
• Experience with governance, Board/Committee processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to align comp with business priorities.
• Oversee market analysis, incentives, and equity program design.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and leadership to solve compensation challenges.
• Develop communication strategies for leaders and employees.
