Job summary

Newhouse Project Consulting seeks experienced executive coaches to support senior leaders. Work is primarily remote with occasional onsite support in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential one-on-one executive coaching to senior leaders
• Conduct 60-minute coaching sessions and ongoing leadership development
• Deliver team coaching and facilitation as needed
• Coordinate administration and debriefing of 360-degree assessments
• Align coaching with individual and organizational development goals
• Assign coaching based on client needs, qualifications, expertise, and availability

About the Opportunity

Newhouse Project Consulting is seeking experienced executive coaches to support senior leaders.

This opportunity is ideal for established coaches who want to complement their existing practice or full-time work with flexible, as-needed executive coaching assignments.

The work is expected to be primarily remote, with occasional onsite support in Washington, DC.

What You’ll Do

Executive Coaches may support senior leaders through:

• Confidential one-on-one executive coaching
• 60-minute coaching sessions
• Leadership development and performance coaching
• Team coaching and facilitation
• Administration and debriefing of 360-degree leadership assessments
• Coaching aligned with individual leadership and organizational development goals

Assignments will be based on client needs, qualifications, expertise, and coach availability.

Compensation

Anticipated compensation includes:

• PCC Coaches: approximately $300 per 60-minute coaching session
• MCC Coaches: approximately $425 per 60-minute coaching session
• Team Facilitation: approximately $300 per session
• 360 Assessment Administration and Debrief: approximately $250

Required Qualifications

Candidates must:

• Hold an active International Coaching Federation, ICF, credential at the PCC or MCC level
• Have completed an ICF-accredited coach training program
• Have experience providing executive or leadership coaching
• Be familiar with 360-degree leadership assessment tools
• Be certified or qualified, where applicable, to administer and provide feedback on 360 assessments
• Be able to provide documentation of an active ICF credential

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience includes:

• Coaching senior executives or organizational leaders
• Supporting federal government or public-sector leaders
• Coaching Senior Executive Service, SES, or comparable executive-level professionals
• Facilitating leadership teams
• Using multiple leadership assessment instruments

Work Arrangement

• Primarily remote
• Occasional onsite work in Washington, DC
• Flexible, as-needed assignments
• No exclusivity requirement
• Coaches may maintain an existing practice or full-time role
• No guaranteed minimum number of sessions or hours
