Job summary

Newhouse Project Consulting seeks experienced executive coaches to support senior leaders. Work is primarily remote with occasional onsite support in Washington, DC.

Opportunities include flexible, as-needed coaching assignments that fit alongside existing practices or full-time roles. Ideal candidates hold an ICF PCC or MCC credential, have completed ICF-accredited training, and can administer and debrief 360 assessments.

Qualifications

• Active ICF credential (PCC or MCC)
• Completed an ICF-accredited coach training program
• Experience providing executive or leadership coaching
• Familiarity with 360-degree leadership assessment tools
• Certified or qualified to administer and provide feedback on 360 assessments
• Documentation of an active ICF credential available

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential one-on-one executive coaching to senior leaders
• Conduct 60-minute coaching sessions and ongoing leadership development
• Deliver team coaching and facilitation as needed
• Coordinate administration and debriefing of 360-degree assessments
• Align coaching with individual and organizational development goals
• Assign coaching based on client needs, qualifications, expertise, and availability
