Job summary

Navanti Group seeks experienced Executive and Team Coaches to support an anticipated U.S. Department of Transportation coaching program in the Washington, DC metro area. Coaching may include confidential one-on-one sessions, executive-team coaching, and leadership assessments.

Candidates should be prepared for virtual delivery and occasional in-person meetings as needed. The role offers part-time or contract engagement with a focus on professional standards, ethics, and flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Completion of coach training through an ICF-accredited program.
• Active ICF credential (PCC or MCC).
• Ability to document current credential status.
• Experience coaching executives and senior leaders.
• Experience guiding coaching engagements from intake to closeout.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with virtual platforms (Teams, Outlook, 365).
• Availability to support the anticipated period and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential coaching intake and goal-setting discussions with participating executives.
• Establish objectives and individualized engagement plans.
• Deliver structured individual executive coaching sessions.
• Coach senior leaders on strategic thinking, presence, communication, and change management.
• Translate coaching insights into practical leadership actions.
• Coordinate scheduling and manage program administration.
• Maintain confidential coaching and assessment information.
• Support leadership teams with development and alignment.
