Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing Atlanta-based hospitality group as the CEO's right hand. This remote role supports the CEO across multiple ventures, coordinating calendars, permits, travel, and operational SOPs.

You will work with Claude as your daily thinking partner to anticipate needs, optimize processes, and protect leadership bandwidth in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Proven gatekeeping and direct communication abilities.
• Experience using Claude for analysis, problem-solving and workflow building.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage permitting and licensing end-to-end with city/municipal contacts.
• Gatekeep calendars and inbox; protect CEO focus and cadence.
• Coordinate complex travel and personal administrative tasks.
• Develop clear SOPs for repeatable workflows.
• Partner with CEO using Claude to drive dashboards and automations.
