Insideoutva is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a fully remote role serving a Atlanta-based hospitality group. The candidate will operate from South Africa or LATAM, speaking English throughout the shift, and handle high-velocity administrative, licensing, and operational duties.

The role requires 3–5+ years supporting senior leaders, mastery of gatekeeping, and fluency with AI tools (Claude).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong gatekeeping and direct communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude) daily for analysis and workflows.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to lead unresolved tasks.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage permitting and licensing end-to-end with city/licensing authorities.
• Gatekeep calendars and inboxes; protect CEO focus and priorities.
• Coordinate complex travel and personal admin tasks.
• Develop SOPs and optimize recurring workflows.
• Partner with CEO as an operational 'second brain' and anticipate needs.
• Leverage Claude to build dashboards and automations, and assist on pages.
