Qualifications

• 1+ years in administrative or executive support roles.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort using Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar tools.
• Reliable home office setup and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings across time zones.
• Triage inbox and flag items needing attention.
• Conduct research and prepare summaries on topics.
• Coordinate travel, expenses, and reimbursements.
• Prepare documents and trackers using Google Workspace or MS 365.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
