You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare documents, and handle confidential information with discretion. The position emphasizes asynchronous collaboration across time zones and a strong emphasis on written communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an administrative, executive support, or virtual assistant role.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written English and clear, professional communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Reliable home office setup and a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritise the day.
• Triage and respond to inbox traffic on behalf of leaders, flagging what needs attention.
• Conduct research and prepare summaries on companies, people, and topics as briefed.
• Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements end-to-end.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
