Job summary

Atlas International Inc seeks an Executive Assistant with a strong background in interior design or luxury home furnishings. You will support the CEO, manage customer inquiries, and build product expertise for high-ticket consultations.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional coordination in the Las Vegas area, offering mentorship and a clear path into Sales/Operations leadership within a global importing and distribution firm.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-suite executives and coordinating with product teams.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to resolve complex inquiries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO with daily customer service operations and brand consistency.
• Develop deep product knowledge of luxury kitchen and bath lines for consultations.
• Be the first point of contact for complex inquiries and drive issue resolution.
• Shadow the CEO to learn the sales cycle and grow toward account management.
• Maintain organized communication across systems to ensure seamless delivery.
