Job summary

Atlas International Inc. is seeking an Interior Designer & Sales Specialist to help clients design dream bathrooms, drive luxury vanity/cabinet sales, and help launch our in-house design service program.

This is a flexible, 90% work-from-home role with high autonomy and inbound interest. You will lead virtual consultations, guide product selections, and convert inquiries into orders while shaping design workflows and client collateral.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of interior design experience with cabinetry, bath/kitchen, or millwork.
• Proven consultative sales experience with option presentation and closing.
• Proficiency in space planning software is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build design workflows and collateral.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual design consultations guiding homeowners and trade clients.
• Convert inquiries into cabinet/vanity orders with specs and quotes.
• Help build the in-house Design Service Program workflows and packages.
• Collaborate with contractors and designers to secure repeat trade accounts.
• Maintain a seamless pipeline from concept to order.
