Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Puerto Rico is hiring an Administrator/Data Analyst to support product and software reporting and data integrations for downstream queues. You will collect and analyze data, build dashboards, and provide recurring leadership reports while ensuring data accuracy across systems.

The role requires 2+ years in data analytics, experience with MS Office, and demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a remote setting based in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience, or advanced degree with related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
• Experience with Confluence desired or similar tool.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and maintain data from multiple collaboration platforms to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and recurring reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting resources.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using various tools.
• Travel 10%.
