Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a remote SharePoint/Power Platform Administrator to support Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico operations. You will troubleshoot SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Copilot issues, while guiding users and developing helpful guides.

You will coordinate with Digital Technology teams and maintain sites and configurations. The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in related work, plus strong M365 administration, PowerShell scripting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and minimum 2 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 1 year+ experience.
• Experience with M365 architecture/administration and SharePoint Online.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Azure Entra.
• ShareGate Migration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot issues.
• Provide guidance and create/update help docs for end users.
• Host office hours and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive adoption.
