Job summary

RTX Productivity & Collaboration team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico seeks an experienced Exchange Automation Developer to deliver automation, reporting, and dashboarding using Power Platform, PowerShell, MS Graph API, and related tools.

You will write new scripts, migrate existing ones, build Outlook add-ins and banners, and optimize Exchange processes while following English work instructions.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• 3+ years as an Exchange Automation Developer/Engineer and Azure/Entra
• Experience creating PowerShell scripts from scratch and migrating scripts to new environments
• Experience creating Outlook Add-ins, Pop-ups, and Banners, and working with PowerShell, JavaScript and .Net

Responsibilities

• Write new PowerShell scripts and port existing ones to Azure functions.
• Provide technical guidance on migration of Exchange solutions.
• Assess processes and automate tasks to improve efficiency.
• Create queries using Exchange O365 PowerShell, MS Graph API, Scripting.
• Review M365 environment and update scripts for enhancements.
• Debug PowerShell issues, create test plans, and resolve defects.
