Her PLAN (Her Pregnancy and Life Assistance Network) seeks an Events Coordinator to plan and execute nationwide Benefits Training Events for pregnancy center staff, volunteers, and partners. You will manage logistics, coordinate with State Development Coordinators, and ensure attendees receive timely information about Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, child care, housing, and more.

The role emphasizes organization, relationship building, and problem solving, with travel up to 50% and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in event coordination, nonprofit programs, pregnancy help, community development, or government benefits navigation is valuable.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail required.
• Travel up to 50% for trainings across states.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Benefits Training Events from start to finish.
• Serve as primary contact for each training and coordinate with State Development Coordinators.
• Manage logistics: registration, presenters, vendors, staffing, materials, attendee experience.
• Coordinate with government offices, DoHS, presenters, and community organizations.
• Handle post-event follow-up: attendee comms, invoices, pledge follow-up, debriefs.
• Ensure events are organized, professional, welcoming, and effective.
