SBA Pro-Life America seeks an energetic and outcome‑driven Community Development Coordinator or Director to rally North Carolina communities to support moms and children. The role is remote within NC with frequent travel across the state and occasional trips to Her PLAN headquarters in Arlington, VA.

You will build partnerships across churches, ministries, government, business and healthcare, educate communities about needs, and map long‑term engagement using the Her PLAN Directory and Pathways

Qualifications

• Full-time position supervised by a Her PLAN Deputy Director.
• Remote work with frequent travel within North Carolina and occasional travel to Arlington, VA.
• Experience in community development or nonprofit outreach.

Responsabilités

• Build a statewide network of leaders and providers through relationships and collaboration.
• Educate community members and leaders on the needs of abortion-vulnerable women.
• Bolster the pro-life safety net by partnering with community organizations to fill gaps.
• Develop a roadmap for long-term community engagement.
• Plan and execute events for providers and community leaders.
• Introduce providers to Her PLAN Directory and train on its use.
• Serve as a liaison between Her PLAN team and state community organizations.
• Leverage relationships to enhance services for women and families.
• Lead statewide or regional community development strategy and expansion.
• Launch and scale new Her Communities with measurable outcomes.
• Train, onboard, and mentor Community Development Coordinators.
• Provide ongoing coaching, problem-solving support, and strategic guidance.
• Develop training content, playbooks, and educational materials.
