Birthrights champions respectful maternity care and is hiring a Training Coordinator to develop and deliver training for healthcare professionals and communities. You will coordinate sessions, venues, trainer communications and records, and support Associate Trainer relationships.

Role emphasizes inclusive, trauma-informed facilitation with strong organisational and empathetic communication skills; experience in evaluation and maternity rights content is welcomed.

Qualifications

• You will bring training development or delivery experience, inclusive and trauma-informed facilitation, human-rights and healthcare-law knowledge.
• You should have strong organisation and empathetic communication; evaluation skills or interest are welcomed.
• Maternity inequalities knowledge or materials/video experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate training for healthcare professionals and communities.
• Arrange sessions, venues, trainer communications and records; support Associate Trainer relationships and meetings.
• Develop evaluation methods, analyse feedback and share findings to improve content and report outcomes.
• Coordinate with advice and campaigns colleagues and support the remote training team.
