Job summary

Informa Markets, a division within Informa, is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue across a range of event and digital platforms in the US. Open to candidates in Phoenix, Boulder, or Kansas City, you will build client relationships, qualify opportunities and close deals with businesses of all sizes.

You will manage pipelines in Salesforce, collaborate with sales leaders, and attend industry events to generate leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience; experience in event sales is a plus.
• Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Sell to customers across products and revenue streams, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Generate and seek expanded opportunities with customers via industry events and market analysis.
• Adopt team sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics.
• Negotiate effectively and handle customer objections.
• Maintain pipeline, activity, and customer data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales Director and teams on market research and strategies.
