Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an Offline & Online Event Project Manager to lead Thai and English language campaigns blending large offline events with online KOL promotion. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on time, manage budgets, and ensure quality across touchpoints.

Bangkok-based or remote from home, you’ll drive end-to-end event execution for gaming brands.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Thai; both as working languages.
• Must have experience planning and managing large offline events.
• Familiar with gaming, ACGN culture, and online trends.
• Strong communication, comprehension, execution, and stress management skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; able to analyze data and create reports.
• Experience in Thai MCN KOL agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with clients, accurately interpret and convey requirements; coordinate offline event needs with internal/external teams.
• Effectively manage client needs by coordinating internal resources or expanding external resources.
• Oversee offline and online project execution; control progression, timelines, and deliverables; communicate with clients and suppliers.
• Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project summaries, archiving, and organize internal documents.
• Identify and solve problems; escalate to supervisors when needed.
• Find and connect with KOLs, media, or celebrities; manage campaign timelines and execution.
