Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related project coordination or marketing operations experience.
• A post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and stay composed in deadline-driven environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional teams within timelines and budgets.
• Familiarity with integrated marketing programs including creative, digital, media, and marketing automation.
• Experience using project management or workflow platforms (Asana, Workbook, ClickUp, Scoro).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, resourcing, and execution of diverse integrated marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task assignments, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to stay on time and within scope.
• Anticipate issues and partner with leads to resolve them.
• Prepare project estimates and track hours, budgets, and scope vs. plan.
• Ensure briefs are complete and timelines are achievable with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with teams to provide direction, information, and resources as needed.
• Document changes to scope or schedules and communicate updates.
• Support project closeout activities and capture key learnings.
