Namely in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Coordinator to support DACHEE, UKI, and the EMEA Field Marketing Director. You will plan, coordinate, and execute events, webinars, and multilingual campaigns while maintaining detailed planning workflows in Asana and crafting clear internal communications.

This role requires strong collaboration across time zones, remote event delivery, and proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, Canva, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing planning and project coordination.
• Proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and Canva.
• Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Field Marketing Managers for planning and execution across multiple regions.
• Create, collate, and present information from Asana into internal communications and slide decks.
• Provide remote support for local event delivery and webinars across countries, languages, and audiences.
• Align with local marketers on event assets including decks, social posts, and collateral.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing plans.
• Track marketing activities within Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms as needed.
