Responsibilities

• Proactively organize and pack all items needed for each event, including buffet setups, display materials, rentals, serviceware, linens, and decor.
• Verify packing lists are complete and accurate prior to departure.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fueling, and timely transportation for events.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate pickups/returns with vendors and ensure cleanliness and organization after events.
• Oversee post-event cleaning and storage of equipment and supplies.
