Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, logistics coordination, or catering management.
• Experience with remote work or virtual event support.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all catering and logistical aspects for assigned events, ensuring alignment with client briefs and budgets.
• Liaise with clients to gather requirements, preferences, and dietary needs for catering.
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with caterers and other event vendors, negotiating contracts and SLAs.
• Plan and oversee event setup, including venue layout, decor, equipment rentals, and AV requirements.
• Manage transportation logistics for staff, equipment, and supplies to and from event venues.
• Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, schedules, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams through virtual channels.
• Manage event-related documentation including contracts, invoices, and post-event reports.
