Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, catering coordination, or a similar role with emphasis on logistics and vendor management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication suitable for remote interaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering for virtual and hybrid events, including menu selection and delivery logistics.
• Develop and manage catering budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Source and vet new catering partners across South Africa.
• Communicate with clients to understand event needs and dietary restrictions.
• Oversee scheduling and confirmation of all catering details.
