Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination, catering management, or a similar client-facing role.

• Proficiency in online collaboration tools, project management software, and standard office apps (G Suite, MS Office).
• Understanding of food and beverage service principles, even if not directly preparing food.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines remotely.
• A dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet is required.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset for handling unexpected situations.
• Experience managing vendor relationships is a plus.
