Revecore, based in Massachusetts, is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming documents from medical providers, identify insurance leads, and update patient records in AcciClaim, guiding next steps per contractual or state requirements.

You will interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats, ensure confidentiality, meet production standards and QA, and perform special projects as assigned. A quiet, home-office environment and secure internet are required.

Qualifications

• Type at least 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers.
• Be highly organized and follow a systematic method.
• Enter and process large amounts of information quickly and accurately.
• Reliable, dependable, trustworthy, with minimal supervision.
• Understand MRA departments and what information they need.
• Alter workflow according to client contracts and state requirements.
• Working knowledge of auto and health payers and the hierarchy of patient accounting.
• Adapt to multiple levels of abstraction (big picture and detail).
• Proficient with MS Office and WordPerfect; learn new systems.
• Comfort with printer, scanner, postage machines and other office tech.
