Job summary

Revecore in the United States seeks an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming documents, identify leads, and update patient records in AcciClaim while ensuring compliance with contractual and state requirements. You will handle data from various sources (paper, fax, electronic) and prepare information for next steps, maintaining QA standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately evaluate and classify incoming data for leads and events.
• Proven ability to enter new information into patient records with accuracy and speed.
• Comfort working with data in multiple formats (paper, fax, electronic).
• Able to understand and follow state or contractual requirements when handling data.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data and properly identify leads and other information that is important to working the event.
• Enter any relevant new incoming information into the patient record.
• Synthesize available information and determine what additional information may be needed and what the appropriate next steps are in working the event.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Consistently achieve production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and do not access data unrelated to job duties.
• Do not disclose PHI in violation of law.
