Job summary

Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming documents and data from medical providers, identify leads, and update patient records in AcciClaim. You will determine next steps based on current information and contractual/state requirements, handling paper, fax, and electronic data with accuracy.

You will process large volumes of information while maintaining QA standards, uphold confidentiality, and adapt workflows to meet client and state requirements, all from a home

Qualifications

• Ability to type 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Strong communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized with a systematic method of performing tasks.
• Ability to enter and process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently with minimal errors.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understand MRA departments and what information they need.
• Able to alter workflow according to client contractual and state requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and WordPerfect; able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all incoming documents and data from the medical provider and identify leads and key information.
• Enter relevant new incoming information into the patient record.
• Synthesize information to determine additional needed data and next steps.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Consistently meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and PHI in compliance with law.
