Job summary

Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming medical data, identify leads, and update patient records using AcciClaim. You will determine the next steps based on contractual and state requirements while maintaining confidentiality.

You will interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats, ensuring production standards and QA compliance. Strong organization, reliability, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to type 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Experience handling data in medical/insurance contexts preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all incoming documents and data from the medical provider.
• Search for incoming insurance and employer leads.
• Update the patient file into AcciClaim and determine next steps based on information.
• Enter relevant new information into the patient record.
• Synthesize information to determine additional needs and next steps in working the event.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Maintain production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with PHI regulations.
