Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming medical provider data, update patient records in AcciClaim, and determine next steps per contracts and state requirements. You will handle data from paper, fax, and electronic sources and support event workflows with accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong data entry, confidentiality of PHI, and the ability to adapt workflows to client contractual and state requirements while working from a home-based environment.

Formación

• Typing 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized with a systematic approach to tasks.
• Ability to enter and process large volumes of information accurately.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of MRA departments and their information needs.
• Ability to adapt workflow to client contractual/state requirements.
• Familiarity with auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy.
• Ability to balance big picture with detail-oriented work.
• Proficient with internet, MS Office, and WordPerfect; quick learner.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate all incoming data and identify leads and pertinent information.
• Enter relevant new information into the patient record accurately.
• Synthesize information to determine additional data needed and next steps.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Consistently meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidential information and PHI in accordance with law.
• Do not access data unrelated to job duties.
