Job summary

Revecore seeks an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming documents from medical providers, identify leads, and update patient records in AcciClaim, determining next steps based on contractual or state requirements.

You will enter data from paper, fax, and electronic sources, ensure QA standards, maintain confidentiality, and interact with internal customers while adhering to PHI protections.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 35 WPM or better.
• Excellent communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized and systematic workflow.
• Ability to enter and process large volumes of information quickly with minimal errors.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of MRA departments and information needs.
• Ability to adapt workflow to client/state requirements.
• Familiarity with auto and health payers and patient accounting.
• Ability to switch between big-picture and detail-focused tasks.
• Proficiency with computer basics including internet and software like MS Office and WordPerfect.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all incoming documents and data from medical providers and identify important information for leads and events.
• Update patient records in AcciClaim with relevant new information.
• Synthesize information to determine next steps and required data.
• Interact with data in formats including paper, fax, and electronic.
• Consistently meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and prevent PHI disclosures.
