Qualifications

• Typing 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Effective communication with internal customers.

• Reliable, dependable, trustworthy, with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of MRA departments and their information needs.
• Able to adjust workflow for client requirements.
• Familiarity with payer hierarchies and patient accounting.
• Proficient with Office software and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data and identify leads and important information for the event.
• Enter relevant new data into patient records.
• Synthesize information to determine additional data needs and next steps.
• Interact with data in formats including paper, fax, and electronic.
• Meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and PHI; do not access unrelated data.
