Job summary

Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming documents and data from medical providers, identify leads, and update patient records in AcciClaim. You will determine next steps based on available information and contractual/state requirements.

In this role, you will interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats, ensure QA standards, and complete special projects while maintaining patient confidentiality and PHI compliance.

Qualifications

• Typing 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Excellent communication skills with internal customers.
• Highly organized with a systematic approach.
• Able to enter and process large amounts of information quickly and accurately.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of MRA departments and information needs.
• Ability to adapt workflow to client requirements.
• Knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy.
• Able to shift between big-picture and detailed tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; WordPerfect experience helpful.
• Comfort with office tech: printer, scanner, postage machines, scales, mail sorters, and in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data and identify leads and important information for the event.
• Enter new information into patient records as needed.
• Synthesize information to determine additional data requirements and next steps.
