Job summary

Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to process incoming provider data, identify leads, and update patient records in AcciClaim. You will determine next steps based on contractual and state requirements and interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.

Applicants should be highly organized, able to enter information quickly with minimal errors, and comfortable working from a quiet home office in the United States.

Qualifications

• Type at least 35 words per minute with minimal errors.
• Strong communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized with a systematic work approach.
• Ability to process large volumes of information quickly.
• Reliable, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Understand MRA departments and their information needs.
• Adapt workflow to client contractual and state requirements.
• Knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy.
• Able to switch between big picture and detailed tasks.
• Proficient computer skills including Internet, MS Office, and WordPerfect; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data to identify leads and important information.
• Enter new information into patient records.
• Synthesize information and determine additional data needed and next steps.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and PHI, per law.
• Do not access data unrelated to job duties.
• Work from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
• Ensure home internet speeds meet required thresholds.
