Job summary

Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming data from medical providers, identify relevant leads, and update patient records in AcciClaim. You will synthesize information to determine next steps based on contracts or state requirements, and interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.

The role emphasizes accuracy and confidentiality. You will be responsible for maintaining QA standards, performing special projects, and adapting workflows to client requirements

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Effective communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized with a systematic approach to tasks.
• Ability to enter and process large information quickly with accuracy.
• Reliable, dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and WordPerfect; able to learn new systems.
• Understanding of PHI and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities
