Qualifications

• Typing at least 35 WPM with accuracy.
• Strong communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized with a systematic work approach.
• Able to enter and process large data quickly with minimal errors.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of MRA departments and required information.
• Ability to adapt workflow per client/state requirements.
• Knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy.
• Familiar with MS Office and WordPerfect; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data and identify leads and important information.
• Enter new information into patient records.
• Synthesize information and determine additional data needed and next steps.
