The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus a proactive problem-solving mindset to handle dynamic event environments. A hybrid schedule and travel to sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in event coordination, logistics, or catering operations.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and standard office productivity tools.
• Experience working in a hybrid capacity, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Familiarity with Upington, Northern Cape, ZA area is an advantage.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events, including staffing, equipment setup, and transportation.
