Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking mental health professionals to lead remote group sessions for adolescents and young adults via telehealth. A Master’s degree in mental health and experience in group modalities are required. The role is part-time, 1099, with evening/weekend hours to fit client schedules.

You’ll join a warm, collaborative clinical team dedicated to expanding access to care, using diverse modalities, and ensuring high-quality, relational treatment in a telehealth setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiar with multiple modalities and able to integrate into treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI a plus).
• Passionate about group treatment and skilled in conducting groups.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with care professionals.
• Creative and engaging, especially over video, with reliable telehealth capabilities.
• Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions and maintain a stable WIFI during sessions.
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes software.
• Part-time 1099 role.

Responsabilités

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor at least 1x/month for check-in.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment; prepare before start time.
• Arrive ~10 minutes early and facilitate the session for the full hour.
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and current curriculum.
• Facilitate groups across age cohorts as needed; participate in Integrative curriculum and Wellness Hour.
• Foster client engagement and camera-on participation; maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision sessions with leadership and peers.
• Coordinate with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, and Care Coaches.
• Keep notes within 24 hours; adhere to DHCS and Joint Commission standards.
• Maintain professional ethics and boundaries; perform other duties as assigned.
