Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking qualified mental health professionals to facilitate remote, group-based telehealth sessions for adolescents and young adults. A Master’s degree in a mental health field and experience with group treatment are required.

The role is part-time (1099) with afternoon/evening and some Saturday availability, and involves collaborating with a clinical team and supervisors. Flexibility with telehealth platforms and a strong commitment to ethical care are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in mental health or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date
• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor or Director at least 1x/month for check-in
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment before start time
• Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate the hour
• Facilitate groups using Charlie Health curriculum and best practices
• Facilitate groups across age cohorts and integrative curriculum as needed
• Foster client engagement and camera-on participation
• Follow operational policies per Charlie Health standards
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision sessions
• Work with Primary Therapists and Care Team
• Communicate clearly with clients and staff
• Monitor treatment notes within 24 hours to meet standards
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned
